Our planning fee reflects the time, research, and expertise involved in creating a seamless and personalized journey. This fee is not an additional cost, but an investment in the success of your trip—and one that’s often credited or refunded when you book through us.

🔁 Planning Fee Policy

  • Planning Fee Payment: Required in full before itinerary research and recommendations begin.

  • Non-Refundable Clause: If you choose not to book with Cruise & Beyond or cancel services, the planning fee is non-refundable.

  • Booking Credit: When you proceed with booking through Cruise & Beyond, the fee is applied as a credit to your final travel invoice or refunded upon full payment.

  • Trip Cancellation: If you cancel after booking, the planning fee is forfeited. If a third-party supplier (airline, cruise, or hotel) cancels, their policies apply—but your planning fee remains non-refundable.

  • Booking Window: Your proposal remains valid for 30 days. If not confirmed within that period, a new planning fee may apply.

  • Additional Charges: Requests beyond the chosen planning tier (e.g., major itinerary changes, extra destinations) may result in additional planning fees, discussed with you in advance.
